I am a small business owner and I have made some not so good hiring decisions in the past. When you ask applicants questions they answer yes even when they cannot perform the duties. How do I know in the interview if this person is a good fit for my organization?
I am not in HR, but I am looking for employment. I have been given mixed advice on asking the interviewer questions and making one of those questions related to how I did in the interview. What are your thoughts on asking an interviewer questions?
